At the 2011 East Los Angeles Veteran’ Day parade, this guy (think Manny from Modern Family), in a “Freakin’ Sweet!” shirt, was the self-appointed Master of Ceremonies, introducing each parade participant with rousing toots from his horn, from the comfort his curbside lounge chair.
