A presidential straw poll conducted at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver overwhelmingly chose Herman Cain for president, with Texas Gov. Rick Perry the runner-up.
Both Cain and Perry spoke to during the three-day event. Former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum, who is a presidential candidate, also addressed the summit.
A total of 508 ballots were cast and Cain received 48 percent of the vote and Perry 13 percent, according to the events organizers.
Cain, who attended the summit, won a solid 48% of the vote while Ricky, also in attendance, won a paltry 13%,
