This is how my Saturday started.<\/p>\n

Here’s a guy who’d followed me on Twitter for several years, who would DM me with kind words and old movie suggestions:<\/p>\n

Okay, that’s fine, whatever. I’m not a newsman, so yeah, my blog is opinion, but I’m fine with people not agreeing with me. Who the fuck cares?<\/p>\n

After thinking about it a little longer, though, my friend realizes he’s a little angrier than he thought he was:<\/p>\n

Who Rip Van Winkled his way through 20 years, doing odd jobs, collecting unemployment, building the Liberty Union party, which he wearied of and abandoned, espoused the same fluoride in the water conspiracy theory made popular by the John Birch Society, writing articles about female orgasms preventing cancer, child rearing, and revolution, embracing a bizarre theory connected to snake oil salesman Wilhelm Reich, inventor of \u201ca product called the \u2018Orgone Box,\u2019 a sort of hyperbaric oxygen chamber for orgasms\u201d by exposing users to \u201c\u2018orgastic\u2019 energy circulating in the air to cure cancer. Yeah, Fox News, get your tinfoil hats on the ready! They are already salivating over the thought of a self-described socialist and non-religious “Secular Jew” running on the Democratic ticket.\u00a0Why do you think Trump’s pushing Bernie to keep going? It ain’t out of sportsmanship. You\u00a0can bet your Humpty dumpy ass every single wealthy GOP donor who’s sitting out the Clinton-Trump brouhaha is going to be throwing money bombs in waves. They’ll make him out to be the bastard child of Stalin and Mao, and with a low-information voter base who thinks “soclaism = BAD” eating it up, those negatives will rise in a hurry. And that’s not counting all the oppo research that is brand-new for him, compared to the old hat crap they’ve been slinging at Clinton since before I could shave my legs.<\/p>\n

These are the most misogynistic assholes I have ever encountered in my entire life. Guys like Mr. Burns are already carrying on about how everything in California is ‘unfair” and “stolen” and we haven’t even had the fucking primary yet. And here, Dems will let Independents vote in their elections, but they have to make sure they ask for the correct ballot. Even that simple task appears to be “too confusing”. Or they still have time to register as a Dem. You’d think they were being asked to give up their first born (male) child.\u00a0But, rules are HARD. Much like math. Which I don’t find hard. \u00a0Much better to bitch and while and file useless lawsuits, in-between the doxxing, death threats, calling women whores and cunts, and thwarted chair throwing.\u00a0Supporters are starting to sound like angry fundamentalist Christians.<\/p>\n

I think when Barack Obama forgot to put all of Congress in Guantanamo \u2014 the activist in Chicago who unleashed a movement to \u201charass\u201d superdelegates backing Clinton , the online \u201chit list\u201d complete with delegate phone numbers and home addresses, the silverback gorilla\u00a0men screaming at children and black women for daring to attend a Hillary rally in East LA, the online trolls who attack journalists, politicians and fellow non Bernie Bros. with misogynistic, vulgar attacks. Let’s remember that Bernie Sanders is from a time when women who went to college were assumed to be working for “MRS degrees” and jokes about businessmen chasing their secretaries around the desk were stand-up standards, \u00a0when mommas taught their daughters that if they were ill-advised enough to be competing with a man for anything, they absolutely must, if they’re better at it, let the guy win.\u00a0Which includes the dismal optics of not having a single woman in his top-ten campaign staff. His record on that score is worse than Trump, Cruz, Rubio & Kasich.<\/p>\n
