Florida’s governor has actually dug up an admitted criminal from the voting rolls! Democracy saved! Thank God for ghoulish, goosenecked Rick Scott, whose job it is to delegate to various bureaucratic state agencies the important task of stripping these liberal scumbags of their voting rights leaving Democracy in the hands of the people who invented it (white people).
The criminal in question is Bill Internicola – a Brooklyn born and raised thug. Internicola admitted to the fraud, that his drivers license says he was born 2 years earlier than his birth records show. Thus, says Florida, Internicola may not even be a U.S. citizen! Internicola admitted to Florida officials that he lied about his age as a teenager, so as to get his driver’s license…..in the year 1919.
Bill, see, is 91. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge in WWII for which he was awarded a Bronze Star. Bill says he was “flabbergasted” by the suggestion that he wasn’t a citizen. Bill is just one of many lucky Floridians to receive a letter stating that, unless they submit a form to request an administrative hearing to prove that they are eligible to vote within the next 30 days, they’ll be removed from the voter rolls!
Bill Internicola admits that he lied to… whomever was in charge of New York State back then (John Jay? Teddy Roosevelt? Hitler? Fiorello LaGuardia? Tammany Hall? Let’s just say Tammany Hall) so the 14 year old could cruise the streets of Hooverville, and then….vote?
The reason this also alarms me is because of my dad. He also lied about his age – in order to join up during WW2. Because, you know, he was really poor. Additionally, he was born in an orphanage in the Bronx thus has no BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Additionally, he no longer has a drivers license, because he is, you know, OLD. Additionally, he has successfully voted Democrat for the past 68 years. And even though he fought Nazis, some piece of shit, treasonous, criminal, teabagger psychopathic governor can tell him he cannot exercise his right to vote.
And Florida cannot even recall their governor, a known criminal with a rap sheet because they have no recall laws for governor, what a dreadful oversight, Floridians. Rick Scott’s criminal enterprise, “Columbia/Hospital Corporation of America” netted him almost $300 million in 2007 alone. In 2010, it was raided by the FBI, exposing Scott as running in the biggest Medicare fraud syndicate case in US history. The Florida governor is a record-setting fraudster of cartoon-villain proportions, bilking Medicare so obscenely that he plead guilty to 14 felonies and was forced to pay a $2 billion fraud settlement, the largest in the history of the United States. This is the Governor of a state.
It’s a federal crime to tamper with elections. But: conservative policies don’t work, and people don’t like them. So, the Repubs cheat. They have been getting away with their cheating for so long, they forget they could actually get in trouble for it. They started cheating sometime after Nixon and have been cheating ever since. The process reached a nadir in 2000, when the Republicans stole the entire fucking presidential election. By the time we got to 2004, the voters would have elected a Democratic poodle with Aspergers over any Republican. But the cheating. It’s estimated that Republican skullduggery cost Obama half his victory margin. Hard to believe these people pose as our friends, relatives, co-workers and neighbors!
They know they’re a creepy minority of sad, white males, and they know they have to game the system to win. It’s so sad! This was the only way to sustain the “revolution”– literally a concerted attempt to fleece the American people and suborn their government. If it serves your political ends to actively bar eligible citizens from exercising the franchise, and thus divorce governance from consent of the governed to the greatest extent possible, then I do believe that your political ideology could accurately be termed, “Un-American”. Why doesn’t Rick Scott just send election officials to the suspicious peoples’ houses and just shoot them dead in their sleep?
